 乐昌市安捷铁路轨枕有限公司座落在广东省乐昌市城郊老虎头,武水河畔,毗邻京广铁路,交通便利。其前身为乐昌采石场，始建于解放前，1959年，由广州铁路局正式接管。1994年11月28日，由广州铁路工务大修工程总公司投资兴建，成立广州铁路工务大修工程总公司乐昌轨枕厂。1998年，原广州铁路工务大修工程总公司撤并，乐昌轨枕厂划归广铁集团羊城铁路总公司管辖。2000年至2002年，乐昌轨枕厂实行领导班子三年集体承包经营。2003年，企业进行股份制改革，由广铁集团羊城铁路总公司多元中心出资57.8%，公司工会社团法人出资42.2%，成立乐昌市安捷铁路轨枕有限公司。2005年，羊城铁路总公司撤销，乐昌市安捷铁路轨枕有限公司控股股东变更为新成立的广铁集团羊城铁路实业发展总公司。从采石场到轨枕厂，经过几代人的艰苦创业，企业由小到大，由弱到强，一步一个脚印向前，公司的成长历程，就是一段催人奋进的赞歌。
